SEAL360 is a DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network). Nodes secure the infrastructure layer while VERA orchestrates the commercial franchise layer. The two systems are complementary but distinct.

The Two Systems (Don't Confuse Them)

SEAL360 has two parallel systems that work together but are distinct:

A City Starter ($497/month or $4,970/year) does NOT automatically give you a Scout Node. They are separate products that complement each other. A Founder can have both, one, or neither — VERA coordinates the commercial layer while nodes secure the Web3 backbone.

Tier 1 — Scout Node

Stake Required: 1,000 S360
Type: Delegator (no server required)

Who is this for: Any S360 holder who wants to participate in governance and earn staking yield. No technical setup required.

Scout Node Setup:
1. Hold 1,000+ S360
2. Go to app.seal360.net → Staking
3. Choose lock period (3M/6M/9M/12M)
4. Stake → you are now a Scout

Tier 2 — Guardian Node

Stake Required: 10,000 S360
Type: Delegator (no server required)

Who is this for: Active community members and City Starter founders who want amplified governance power and analytics visibility over their network.

Tier 3 — Validator Node

Stake Required: 100,000 S360
Type: Pre-Validator (server optional now, required on Subnet launch)

Who is this for: Regional Founders ($997/month or $9,970/year license) who want the highest DeFi yield AND are preparing to run a physical node when the Subnet launches in Q3/Q4 2026.

Important: At Subnet launch, Validator Nodes will be required to run a server (cloud or physical) with 98% uptime. Stake is locked in a protocol contract, not the node directly.

Tier 4 — Authority Node

Stake Required: 1,000,000 S360
Type: Validator (server REQUIRED — this IS the infrastructure)

Who is this for: National Partners exclusively. This tier requires the $250,000 USDT commercial license AND 1,000,000 S360 staked.

Technical obligation: Operate a validator node with 98%+ uptime. The soul-bound NFT NATIONAL_GOVERNOR_[COUNTRY] must be present in the wallet for the node to be admitted to the Subnet's validator set (Proof of Authority via NFT).
